I had well furnished room to myself with WiFi, views to the park. The breakfast served was good, everything you could wish for, with croissants and orange juice, for instance: )
The breakfast they served was somewhat limited, hope one day it will be way much better.

The rooms were a nice size, especially those with views to the park, huge bathroom and bath. The location was quiet - within short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go...

An old and very charming building, very comfortable and full of character. One of the nicest small hotels we have ever stayed in. Convenient parking and a short walk to the old town, we particularly appreciated the warm welcome from the owners

Friendly and helpfull reception. The old style building. The front garden. The nice little court yard at the back.
Room for improvement on the breakfast.

Spotless and good value hotel. Comfortable location with short walk to parks, gardens, and tourist attractions. Airy and pleasantly decorated rooms with park views. Helpful staff interactions.

Staff are excellent - very welcoming. Takes no time to walk into Tours centre. Good parking available. Comfy bed with decent pillows. Good value for money.
Bedroom decor could be described as 'shabby chic' but I'd say it was rather tired. Everything clean enough but carpet stains/missing lamp shades above the bed/stain on ceiling rather redracted from what could have been a really nice room.

Hotel runned by a family and located in old building. We were travelling in Loire valley and this hotel was well-located.
Steps in the hotel are incredibly creak. We could not sleep if somebody going up or dawn. Isolation in general is absent totally. We had a bathroom with flowing very very old equipment and even no curtain. Old toilet was a part of a room. For the breakfast we have nothing to eat for 7 Euro per person. There were terrible 3 nights. Besides we have got a final bill with wrong (increased) amount.

This is a small 18 room hotel run by a family, husband and wife. It is well designed with lovely clean rooms. The family are very welcoming and gracious, and they have excellent recommendations for touring the area. We had a lovely room on the top floor with sky light, armoire and desk and large double bed. From the sky light we were able to look out over the rooftops of the city. A peek into some of the other rooms found larger rooms but equally well designed (decorated).
Stairs, no lift and although about 15 mins walking from the old town, it was quite a walk about 30 mins to the train station or the Hotel de Ville area. However, the walk is on a beautiful tree lined boulevard.
